Abstract

This medicine cartridge is used upon being incorporated in a medicine injection device, and is provided with: a syringe that accommodates a medicine, a case that accommodates the syringe in a state in which the syringe can move in the front-rear direction, a cap that is attached to the front end part of the case, and a spring that is provided between the syringe and the case and constantly impels the syringe rearward.
