The power module (100) includes: a base plate (10); a power module body, where the power module body includes a plurality of semiconductor devices constituting an OBC-DC circuit, and the power module body is disposed on a first side surface of the base plate (10); and a package housing (50), where the package housing (50) packages the power module body on a first side surface of the base plate (10).
