Abstract

To decrease the adhesion of debris, to easily remove adhering debris, and to sufficiently remove uncured resin and the like, the present disclosure provides an implanted flat brush (50) or implanted roll brush. The implanted flat brush (50) or implanted roll brush is a brush used for a developing step of a printing plate, which is made through an exposing step and the developing step. In the brush, bristle bundles (53) are implanted at equal intervals into a plurality of implanting holes (52) formed in a brush base (51), and in a case where a smallest base area formed by four bristle bundles (53) in close proximity is S [mm2] and a bristle height of the bristle bundle (53) is L [mm], a debris adhesion coefficient S/L is from 6.00 to 12.00.
