Abstract
A smart IC substrate according to an embodiment includes a substrate including a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; and a conductive pattern part disposed on the first surface of the substrate, wherein the conductive pattern part includes a plurality of conductive patterns spaced apart from each other with a separation region therebetween, and wherein the separation region between the plurality of conductive patterns includes a first region having a first width, and a second region having a second width different from the first width.
