Abstract

A medical image processing apparatus (102) according to an embodiment includes an image acquisition unit (112); a spatial information acquisition unit (152); a feature map generation unit (122, 132); and an execution unit (162). The image acquisition unit (112) is configured to acquire a plurality of medical images. The spatial information acquisition unit (152) is configured to acquire three-dimensional spatial information corresponding to the medical images and representing three-dimensional spatial characteristics. The feature map generation unit (122, 132) is configured to generate a feature map based on the medical images and the three-dimensional spatial information. The execution unit (162) is configured to execute processing on a target medical image based on the feature map.
