Abstract

Disclosed are a monitoring method and a device based on an Al pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) searchlight, relating to the technical field of computer vision. The method includes: obtaining a video image within a preset monitoring range in real-time; detecting whether a target object presented in the video image is a risk target; and in response to that the target object is the risk target, controlling a searchlight to irradiate the target object and generate an alarm sound until the target object is not detected. The camera device of the present application controls the searchlight to irradiate the target object and generate an alarm sound to achieve alert and drive away the risk target, thereby improving the safety precaution effect of the camera and thus improving the user's experience.
