Abstract

The present disclosure provides a lithium-ion battery and an electrical device. The lithium-ion battery includes a positive electrode sheet and an electrolyte. Active material in the positive electrode sheet includes a lithium phosphate positive electrode material and a lithium cobalt nickel manganese oxide. The electrolyte includes a positive electrode film forming agent, a negative electrode film forming agent, and a lithium salt. The lithium salt includes lithium hexafluorophosphate and lithium bisfluorosulfonylimide. The lithium-ion battery satisfies a formula as follows: 0.1≤NL×SaltAdd≤0.59, wherein NL is a mass ratio of the lithium cobalt nickel manganese oxide to the lithium phosphate positive electrode material, S_alt is a value of a sum of molar concentrations of the lithium hexafluorophosphate and the lithium bisfluorosulfonylimide in the electrolyte in mol/L, and A_dd is a mass ratio of the positive electrode film forming agent to the negative electrode film forming agent.
