The present application provides a cell holder, a battery module, and a battery pack. The cell holder includes a holder body, and the holder body is provided with a mounting groove. The mounting groove is configured to mount a cell, a bottom surface of the mounting groove is provided with a pressure-relief hole, and the pressure-relief hole is configured to correspond to a position where an explosion-proof valve of the cell is located. The holder body is connected to a flow guide member protruding in a direction away from an opening of the mounting groove. The flow guide member covers part of the pressure-relief hole, and the flow guide member is configured to direct gas to be discharged in a predetermined direction after passing through the pressure-relief hole.

The present application provides a housing assembly, a battery, and an energy storage device. The housing assembly includes a housing body and a cover. The housing body is provided with an accommodating cavity and includes two first end portions arranged oppositely. At least one first end portion is provided with a mounting hole communicated with the accommodating cavity. The cover includes a cover body and an insertion portion, and the insertion portion is inserted into the mounting hole. The inner side wall of the mounting hole includes a first side wall section that is tapered and connected to the first end portion and/or the side wall of the insertion portion includes a second side wall section that is tapered.

An electrode assembly, a battery, and an electric device are provided. The electrode assembly includes a wound body. The wound body includes at least one electrode plate disposed in a wound manner, and the electrode plate includes an electrode plate body, a tab region, and a transition region. The tab region includes a first segment and a second segment, one end of the first segment is connected to one end of the transition region away from the electrode plate body, and the second segment is connected to one end of the first segment away from the transition region. Along the flattening direction from the tab region toward the electrode plate body, the first segment is bent toward a direction away from a winding center, and the second segment is bent toward the winding center.

The present application provides a current collecting plate, a battery cell, and an electrical device. The current collecting plate includes a current collecting plate body and a foldable member, the current collecting plate body is defined with a through hole, the foldable member is provided at the through hole, the foldable member includes a current collecting portion and a connecting portion, and the connecting portion connects the current collecting portion with the current collecting plate body. A thickness of a part of the connecting portion is less than a thickness of other parts of the connecting portion, and/or a thickness of at least part of the connecting portion is less than a thickness of the current collecting plate body, and/or a thickness of at least part of the connecting portion is less than a thickness of the current collecting portion.

The present application provides a top cover assembly, a single cell, and a battery pack. The top cover assembly includes a plastic member and a cover plate. The cover plate is provided with a pressure relief port. The plastic member is connected to a side of the cover plate adjacent to the electrode assembly. The plastic member includes a fracture region. The fracture region is provided adjacent to the pressure relief port. The fracture region is configured to be fractured after being subjected to an air pressure inside a cell.

A liquid cooling assembly and a battery pack are provided. The liquid cooling assembly includes a plurality of liquid cooling plates arranged at intervals and a main pipe. An installation space for mounting at least one heat-generating element is formed between two adjacent liquid cooling plates. Each of the liquid cooling plates includes a flow passage portion and a plurality of nozzles in communication with the flow passage portion. The main pipe includes a plurality of connectors, and the connectors are in one-to-one expansion connection to the nozzles and are inserted into the nozzles. An inner wall of each of the connectors is provided with a support ring that overlaps each of the nozzles (11).

A battery, a battery pack, a housing, and a housing assembly are provided. The battery includes a housing, a cover assembly and a first sealing element. A first opening is formed at one end of the housing, the cover assembly is connected to the housing and seals the first opening, the first sealing element is disposed between the cover assembly and the housing. The first sealing element wraps a side surface of the cover assembly and forms a sealed connection to the cover assembly and the housing, and a gap is formed between the first sealing element and the side surface of the cover assembly.

The present application provides a cover plate, a battery, and an electrical device. The cover plate includes a cover plate body, an explosion-proof structure, and a copper layer. The explosion-proof structure is disposed on the cover plate body, at least one side of the cover plate body is provided with the copper layer, the copper layer covers the explosion-proof structure, and the cover plate body and the copper layer are made of different materials.

A battery and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The battery includes battery cell(s) (1) each provided with a first pole and a second pole, busbars including first busbar(s) (2) and second busbar(s) (3), and a case (4) including a housing (41) and a first case cover (42). The housing includes a body (411) and a partition plate (412) both defining a first cavity arranging with battery cell(s). One end of the battery cell abuts against the partition plate. The first case cover is provided at an end of the housing. Support portion(s) (421) are provided on a side of the first case cover. The first busbar is connected to the first pole. The support portion abuts against the first busbar. The partition plate is provided with pole hole(s) each enabling passage of the second pole to connect the second busbar. The second busbar is on a side of the partition plate away from the battery cell.

Provided are a thermal management device and a battery pack. The thermal management device includes one or more support members and one or more heating films. Each support member is configured to cool a corresponding battery cell row. Each heating film is configured to heat a corresponding battery cell row. Each heating film is connected to a corresponding support member. The heating film is shaped to adapt to the support member so as to ensure a stable contact between the heating film and the support member.
