Abstract

One object is to provide a road image presentation device, a road image presentation method, a road image presentation program, and a storage medium that can present an appropriate road image according to an environmental condition, such as weather. The road image presentation device of the present invention includes: an accepting unit that accepts a road designation; an environmental condition acquiring unit that acquires an environmental condition including a weather condition; an image acquiring unit that acquires a conforming image as a presentation image when a storage unit stores the conforming image captured under an environmental condition acquired by the environmental condition acquiring unit, the conforming image being a past image captured of a road designated by the road designation, and that acquires a generated image generated based on an image of a road designated by the road designation and the acquired environmental condition as a presentation image when the storage unit does not store the conforming image, the storage unit storing a plurality of past images captured of a road; and a presentation control unit that performs a control for presenting the presentation image.
