Abstract

A method and a device for transmitting and receiving a signal in a wireless communication system, disclosed in the present specification, operate on the basis of a cell DTX/DRX configuration and a terminal DRX configuration. Specifically, a signal based on a configuration for one of an SSB, an SIB, a RACH, and paging can be transmitted and received at different periods according to a cell DTX active/inactive duration and a cell DRX active/inactive duration of the cell DTX/DRX configuration.
