Abstract

Provided is an infrared heater having excellent heat resistance. The infrared heater according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a dielectric layer; a conductor pattern including a plurality of first conductor portions; and a second conductor portion. The conductor pattern is arranged on the dielectric layer. The plurality of first conductor portions are arrayed so as to be spaced apart from each other to form a periodic structure. The second conductor portion is arranged on a side of the dielectric layer opposite to the conductor pattern. The plurality of first conductor portions each include a first adhesive layer, a first barrier layer, and a first body layer. The first adhesive layer is in contact with the dielectric layer. The first body layer is arranged on a side of the first adhesive layer opposite to the dielectric layer. The first barrier layer is arranged between the first adhesive layer and the first body layer. The first barrier layer is capable of barring a material for forming the first adhesive layer from migrating into the first body layer.
