Abstract

The present disclosure provides a full-color Micro-LED chip, a display device, and a manufacturing method. The full-color Micro-LED chip comprises a functional layer provided on a substrate layer; the functional layer comprises an n-type semiconductor layer and a quantum well layer which are stacked in a second direction; the functional layer comprises at least one unit group; each unit group comprises a first sub-unit, a second sub-unit, and a third sub-unit which are distributed in a first direction; the first direction intersects with the second direction; and the surface of a blue light quantum well layer of the first sub-unit facing away from the n-type semiconductor layer, the surface of a green light quantum well layer of the second sub-unit facing away from the n-type semiconductor layer, and the surface of a red light quantum well layer of the third sub-unit facing away from the n-type semiconductor layer are flush with one another. According to the present disclosure, simultaneous monolithic integration of RGB full-color Micro-LED chips can be achieved, and the advantages of simple manufacturing process and the like are achieved.
