Abstract

A capacitor according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base including a through-hole penetrating from a first surface to a second surface opposite the first surface; a first electrode layer disposed on the first surface, the second surface, and an inner wall surface of the through-hole of the base; a first dielectric layer disposed on the first electrode layer on the first surface, the second surface, and the inner wall surface of the through-hole of the base, and a second electrode layer disposed on the first dielectric layer on the first surface, the second surface, and the inner wall surface of the through-hole of the base, wherein the base includes silicon, and the surface roughness of the inner wall surface of the through-hole is 1 nm to 50 nm.
