Abstract

A capacitor according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base which includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface and which includes a plurality of structures protruding from the second surface in a first direction from the first surface toward the second surface; a first electrode layer disposed on the structure and the second surface between the plurality of structures; a first dielectric layer disposed on the first electrode layer; and a second electrode layer disposed on the first dielectric layer, wherein the second surface between the plurality of structures is more porous than the structure.
