Abstract
The invention is directed to a HITU device (200) comprising a therapy transducer (202), a displacer (205) for the therapy transducer (202), and a controller (211), and preferably a RF generator (208). The displacer (201) is adapted to move the therapy transducer (202) such that a focus (F) of the therapy transducer (202) is moved in a first direction (215). The controller (211) is adapted to operate the displacer (205) to move the therapy transducer (205) while the therapy transducer (205) is emitting a pulse (P).
