Abstract

In a charging/discharging management device, a reservation manager manages a discharging recommendation time zone when a user makes a reservation for a reservation time zone in which a vehicle is charged from a discharging recommendation time zone in which a facility charging/discharging device in a charging/discharging facility recommends discharging. A charging/discharging manager makes a charging/discharging plan such that a remaining battery level of the vehicle approaches a departure charging amount based on a required charging amount of the vehicle required for the vehicle traveling from an owned facility to a charging/discharging facility, at a departure time at an end of a stay time zone in which the user stays in the owned facility.
