Abstract

A coating control system is disclosed, including: a rotating mechanism (1) performing a roll change operation, a reeling mechanism (2) performing a reeling operation, a first reader (3) disposed at a standby position, a controller (4) electrically connected to the first reader (3), and a manufacturing execution system (5) electrically connected to the controller (4). The rotating mechanism (1) rotates a roll (6) located at the standby position to a reeling station. The roll (6) is provided with an electronic tag (7), and the electronic tag (7) carries a roll identifier of the roll (6). The first reader (3) reads the electronic tag (7) provided on the roll (6) located at the standby position and sends it to the manufacturing execution system (5) via the controller (4). The manufacturing execution system (5) generates a roll material identifier corresponding to the roll material, where the roll identifier corresponds to the roll material identifier. The coating control system achieves automatic acquisition of the roll material identifier, eliminating the manual process of requesting a film roll number, thereby reducing the probability of failing to acquire the roll material identifier. A coating control method is also included.
