Abstract
In an aspect, an electric resistance welded steel pipe with excellent corrosion resistance is provided. The electric resistance welded steel pipe includes a base metal material, and an electric resistance weld connecting one end portion of the base metal material and other end portion of the base metal material to each other. The base metal material and the electric resistance weld of the electric resistance welded steel pipe contain at least one of Cr, Mo, or Cu. Relationships between the concentrations of Cr, Mo, and Cu in the base metal material and the concentrations of Cr, Mo, and Cu in the electric resistance weld satisfy predetermined expressions. The electric resistance welded steel pipe and other aspects provided according to the present invention can realize excellent corrosion resistance.
