Abstract

Control of particles. A method of controlling at least one volumetric air flow among a plurality of fan filter units (1a - 1f) of a site comprising the plurality of units (1a - 1f), the method comprising the steps of: obtaining a first setting of the plurality of units (1a - 1f) of the site, the first setting of the plurality of fan filter units (1a - 1f) comprising a volumetric air flow rate through each fan filter unit (1a - 1f) and a type of each fan filter unit (1a - 1f); wherein the type of each fan filter unit (1a- 1f) is selected from a high-efficiency particulate air filter, an ultra-low penetration filter, obtaining a first configuration data set of the site, the first configuration data set comprising at least one floor plan of the site and a location of each fan filter unit (1a - 1f).
