Abstract

An environment evaluation device (1) of the present invention approximates, using a non-linear model (32), time-series relations among an objective variable serving as a criterion for calculating a biodiversity credit and explanatory variables of an analysis target, evaluates a degree of a fluctuation and a symmetry of the fluctuation of the objective variable based on the approximated non-linear model (32), estimates an interaction between the explanatory variables of the analysis target based on the approximated non-linear model (32), estimates a time point at which a value of the objective variable converges in the non-linear model (32), and the value of the objective variable which converges, based on a result of the evaluation of the degree of the fluctuation and the symmetry of the fluctuation, as well as, the estimated interaction, and evaluates, based on the value of the objective variable which converges, a change amount of the objective variable which non-linearly transitions relative to the explanatory variables of the analysis target.
