Abstract

A display panel and a display apparatus are provided. In the display panel, a driving circuit layer is provided and includes a plurality of light-emitting control lines, a plurality of reset control lines, a plurality of light-emitting transfer lines, and a plurality of reset transfer lines. One light-emitting transfer line is connected to one light-emitting control line, and one reset transfer line is connected to one reset control line. At least one light-emitting transfer line is provided with a break, and/or, at least one reset transfer line is provided with a break. The above configuration can prevent the accumulation of static electricity, reduce the risk of electrostatic damage caused by tip discharge, and improve the yield of the display panel.
