Abstract
To increase the efficiency of electromagnetic transport devices (1) having a stator (2) and a mover (3) with a first and a second drive magnet unit (Y<sub>1</sub>, Y<sub>2</sub>), a cooperation element (4) designed to interact with the first drive magnet unit (Y<sub>1</sub>) and/or with the second drive magnet unit (Y<sub>2</sub>) is provided, said first and second drive magnet unit (Y<sub>1</sub>, Y<sub>2</sub>) each being designed to, by interacting with the cooperation element (4), carry out a cooperation function, and, in a first driving segment, the first drive magnet unit (Y<sub>1</sub>) is used to carry out a driving function to move the mover (3) and the second drive magnet unit (Y<sub>2</sub>) is used to carry out said cooperation function to cooperate with the cooperation element (4).
