Abstract
The invention is directed at an electronic control unit (28) for a control device, wherein the electronic control unit (28) comprises a housing (30) with opposing housing walls, forming a housing interior, a circuit board (32) and at least one electronic component (34) arranged on the circuit board (32), wherein the circuit board (32) with the at least one electronic component (34) is arranged inside the housing interior, wherein the electronic control unit (28) comprises a tempering device with at least one vapor chamber (10) with a vapor chamber housing (12), which is in thermal contact with a heat dissipating surface of the at least one electronic component (34) and with at least one of the opposing housing walls, thus providing a thermal link therebetween.
