Abstract
A barbecue appliance comprising: a grilling and/or griddling section; a slow cooking chamber; a fire pit for, in use, simultaneously supplying heat to both the grilling and/or griddling section and the slow cooking chamber; wherein the slow cooking chamber is adjustable in position relative to the fire pit to control its temperature.
