Abstract
To appropriately prevent theft of a charging device while charging using an on-road charging facility. A charging device (32) supplies power from an on-road charging facility (29) to a battery (31) of an electric vehicle (1). An anti-theft system (37) for this charging device is provided with a control device (38) that monitors a charging state of the battery, and an alarm device (39) that issues an alarm under control of the control device. The control device activates the alarm device when the control device detects that the charging device is removed during charging.
