Abstract
An injection device (10) comprises a receiving part (110), a conveyance part (120), a decomposition process region (130), an irradiation device (140), an injection part (150), and a delivery port (160). The receiving part (110) receives a processing target from outside. The conveyance part (120) conveys the processing target received from the receiving part (110) while heating the processing target and supplies the processing target downstream. The decomposition process region (130) has, downstream of the conveyance part (120), a space that can retain a preset amount of the processing target. The irradiation device (140) irradiates the processing target with microwaves in the decomposition process region (130). The injection part (150) pushes, to the outside of the decomposition process region (130), the processing target that has received microwaves and that has been thermally decomposed. The delivery port (160) is a flow path for delivering, to the outside, the processing target that has been pushed out by the injection part (150).
