Abstract
A film contains a conductive material, and a polysiloxane compound that has a T unit represented by a formula: [R<1>SiO<3/2>]<m> (in the formula, R<1> represents an organic group, m represents an integer of 2 or more, and at least one R<1> among a plurality of R<1>'s present in the T unit is a group including at least one of an alkyl group or an aryl group), in which a surface resistivity is 1.0 × 10<3> Ω/sq or more and 1.0 × 10<8> Q/sq or less.
