Abstract
Provided herein are methods, kits, and systems, for simultaneous identification and quantification of an insertion site of a vector in a genome and copy number integration by hybridizing primers to a sample of genomic DNA and amplifying a series of extension products. The extension products can be further amplified and analyzed for a junction integration site and copy number of the inserted vector.
