Abstract

An electrophotographic member includes a surface layer that contains no fluorine material, in which, in a case where air is blown onto a surface of the surface layer from an upper side of the surface of the surface layer while a blowing pressure is increased after polyester resin particles having a volume average particle diameter of 4.7 µm are attached to the surface of the surface layer, all of the polyester resin particles attached to the surface of the surface layer are separated from the surface of the surface layer at a blowing pressure of 6 kPa or less.
