Abstract

There is provided a battery member, which includes a porous structure (Y) at an outermost surface of the battery member, and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer includes one or more adhesive portions (X) formed of an adhesive. Each of the one or more adhesive portions (X) includes an adhesive protrusion portion (Xa) that is disposed on the porous structure (Y), and an adhesive impregnation portion (Xb) that is disposed within the porous structure (Y) and extends onto a periphery of the adhesive protrusion portion (Xa).
