Abstract

Disclosed is a display device including a substrate (110) on which a first subpixel (SP1) and a second subpixel (SP2) are disposed, a first driving transistor (T2_SP1) at the first subpixel (SP1), the first driving transistor (T2_SP1) comprising a first active layer (152), a first gate electrode (146) under the first active layer (152), a lower insulating layer (126) between the first active layer (152) and the first gate electrode (146), and first and second cover electrodes (166, 167) to cover upper and side portions of both edges of the first active layer (152), and a second driving transistor (T2_SP2) at the second subpixel (SP2), the second driving transistor (T2_SP2) comprising a second active layer (153), a second gate electrode (170) above the second active layer (153), an upper insulating layer (127) between the second active layer (153) and the second gate electrode (170). The second subpixel (SP2) may emit green light, and the first subpixel (SP1) may emit light of a color different from the green light.
