Abstract
The present invention includes a leaching step S01 of leaching lithium into an acidic solution by immersing a lithium-containing substance in the acidic solution to obtain a lithium leachate, a heavy metal and first fluorine precipitation step S02 of adding a first calcium compound to the lithium leachate to generate a precipitate of a metal hydroxide and a precipitate of fluorine, a first solid-liquid separation step S03 of removing the precipitated metal hydroxide precipitate and precipitate of fluorine from the lithium leachate, a second fluorine precipitation step S04 of adding a second calcium compound to the lithium leachate after the removal of the precipitates to cause dissolved fluorine to precipitate, and a second solid-liquid separation step S05 of removing a precipitate of the precipitated dissolved fluorine and an unreacted substance of the second calcium compound from the lithium leachate.
