Abstract
The cooling-down method includes introducing liquefied gas into suction containers (2A, 2B) simultaneously through introduction lines (121, 122) extending from a liquefied-gas storage tank (105), passing the liquefied gas through a flow-path switching device (5A) in the suction container (2A) while the liquefied gas bypasses a submerged pump (1A) in the suction container (2A), and passing the liquefied gas through a flow-path switching device (5B) in the suction container (2B) while the liquefied gas bypasses a submerged pump (1B) in the suction container (2B), and discharging the liquefied gas from the suction container (2A) and the suction container (2B) through the flow-path switching device (5A) and the flow-path switching device (5B).
