Abstract
Example pressure sensing apparatuses are provided. For example, an example pressure sensing apparatus may include a spacer and a sensing die. As an example, the spacer is secured between a header and a diaphragm while the sensing die is attached to the header. In such an example, a spacer opening extends through the spacer and the sensing die is positioned in the spacer opening.
