Abstract
Disclosed is a technique capable of suppressing delamination between the positive electrode current collector and the positive electrode active material layer in a battery using a sulfur-based positive electrode active material, even when the volume of the sulfur-based positive electrode active material changes due to charging and discharging. The battery of the present disclosure comprises a positive electrode current collector, a positive electrode active material layer, an electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode. The positive electrode active material layer comprises a sulfur-based active material. The positive electrode current collector has a contact surface in contact with the positive electrode active material layer. Arithmetic mean roughness of the contact surface is 0.25 µm or more.
