Abstract
A quantum device includes a plurality of superconducting qubits, a plurality of resonators capacitively coupled to the plurality of superconducting qubits, respectively, a filter coupled to the plurality of resonators, and a port capacitively coupled to the filter, wherein shortest distances between the port and the plurality of resonators are equal among the plurality of resonators. The quantum device can be used for quantum computing, for example.
