Abstract
CPR systems and/or CPR devices that are configured to dynamically change, and/or cause output of a feedback signal(s) relating to, a compression position during CPR treatment are disclosed. An example CPR system includes a processor(s) and a sensor(s), the sensor(s) configured to sense a parameter associated with a subject as chest compressions are being administered to the subject. The processor(s) is configured to determine, by analyzing the parameter sensed by the sensor, that a heart valve of the subject is not functioning, and, in response to determining that the heart valve of the subject is not functioning, cause a feedback signal to be output as feedback to change a position on a chest of the subject at which future chest compressions are to be administered to the subject and/or cause a chest compressing mechanism to change the compression position automatically.
