Abstract
The invention relates to a method for presenting a surrounding image of surroundings (14) of a motor vehicle (1) with a virtual representation of the motor vehicle (1) during a start-up phase of the motor vehicle (1) by a support system (3) of the motor vehicle (1), comprising the steps of providing a two-dimensional image (9) of the motor vehicle (1) as the virtual representation by an electronic computing device (5) of the support system (3); capturing the current surroundings (14) of the motor vehicle (1) by at least one capturing device (4) of the support system (3); blending the two-dimensional image (9) with the current captured surroundings (14) to the surrounding image by the electronic computing device (5); and presenting the surrounding image during the start-up phase on a display device (6) of the support system (3). Furthermore, the present invention relates to a computer program product, a computer-readable storage medium, as well as to a support system (3).
