Abstract

The present invention relates to a filling system for non-homogeneous products or for products having solid or semi-solid elements of variable size and compactness in suspension. In particular, the invention concerns a filling system (1) for filling machines for non-homogeneous products, comprising a distribution manifold (2) for a non-homogeneous product, on which a plurality of dispensing taps (3) is mounted, said distribution manifold (2) being supported on a rotating shaft (4) above a discoidal plate (5), also supported on said rotating shaft (4) and peripherally comprising a plurality of support elements (6) for containers (C) to be filled with said non-homogeneous product, wherein each of the dispensing taps (3) is placed above a support element (6) for a container (C) comprising a tray (8) operatively connected to a load cell (10) adapted to measure, in real time, the weight of the container (C) at every filling step, each of said dispensing taps (3) comprising a movable member (3b), characterized in that said movable member (3b) is actuated by an independent actuator (18) adapted to operate at a variable operating speed over time.
