Über die Kanzlei
Jacobacci & Partners S.p.A. wurde 1872 in Turin gegründet, am selben Ort, an dem kurz zuvor das erste italienische Patent- und Markenamt seine Arbeit aufnahm, und blickt damit auf eine der längsten Kanzleigeschichten Europas zurück. Schon früh war die Kanzlei in bedeutende Patentstreitigkeiten verwickelt, darunter ein Verletzungsverfahren rund um Edisons Glühbirne. Heute ist Jacobacci mit Büros in mehreren europäischen Ländern sowie einem Lateinamerika- und einem Russland-Desk vertreten und deckt neben Patenten auch Markenverwaltung, Designschutz und Maßnahmen gegen Produktpiraterie bis hin zum Online-Markenschutz ab. A valve assembly (100) for a braking system of a vehicle connected to a trailer comprises a hydraulic control solenoid valve (1) and a hydraulic control valve (4), connectable to a pressure source (P) and to a reservoir (T) mounted on board the agricultural vehicle, and configured to receive a brake fluid from the pressure source (P), a hydraulic control line (CL) and a supplementary hydraulic control line (SL) that respectively connect the hydraulic control solenoid valve (1) and the hydraulic control valve (4) to at least one trailer brake. A hydraulic emergency solenoid valve (3) arranged on the supplementary control line (SL), interposed between the hydraulic control valve (4) and said at least one trailer brake, and connectable to the reservoir (T) in such a way that when activated, the pressure in the supplementary control line (SL) is reduced, activating said at least one trailer brake in an emergency braking. |

A control system (300) for a coupler (302) of a first vehicle is described. The coupler (302) comprises a valve means (304) arranged to be coupled to an opening (306) of a pneumatic pipe (308) of the first vehicle. The valve means (304) is arranged to assume an open condition or a closed condition. The transition between the open condition and the closed condition occurs as a function of the transition of the coupler (302) of the first vehicle between a coupled state and a decoupled state. The control system (300) comprises:- a first electronic processing means (310) arranged to determine whether the first vehicle is in a service condition and to generate an unlocking signal (312) when the first vehicle is in the service condition;- an unlocking means (314) arranged for:• receiving the unlocking signal (312); and• when it receives the unlocking signal (312), making the transition of the valve means (306) between the open condition and the closed condition independent from the transition of the coupler (302) between the coupled state and the decoupled state. |

A disconnector for interrupting an electrical circuit comprises a main conductor and a secondary conductor, a conductive blade rotating between a closed-circuit position and an open-circuit position, an insulating casing containing a vacuum ampoule with a fixed electrode and a movable electrode, and a lever system comprising a driven lever and a driving lever for actuating the movable electrode. An auxiliary electrode is provided on the driving lever. The disconnector operates such that, during circuit opening, the conductive blade interacts with the auxiliary electrode, activating the lever system. This movement opens the contact inside the vacuum ampoule, interrupting the current flow. |
