Über die Kanzlei
Jacobacci & Partners S.p.A. wurde 1872 in Turin gegründet, am selben Ort, an dem kurz zuvor das erste italienische Patent- und Markenamt seine Arbeit aufnahm, und blickt damit auf eine der längsten Kanzleigeschichten Europas zurück. Schon früh war die Kanzlei in bedeutende Patentstreitigkeiten verwickelt, darunter ein Verletzungsverfahren rund um Edisons Glühbirne. Heute ist Jacobacci mit Büros in mehreren europäischen Ländern sowie einem Lateinamerika- und einem Russland-Desk vertreten und deckt neben Patenten auch Markenverwaltung, Designschutz und Maßnahmen gegen Produktpiraterie bis hin zum Online-Markenschutz ab. A probe body (33) protrudes from the mounting plate (32a) through the window (12). At least one positioning formation (32b) is formed on the mounting plate (32a) around a root (33a) of the probe body (33). The positioning formation (32b) is configured to be inserted into the window (12) and has at least one edge portion (32c) matching with the edge of the window (12). The probe body (33) comprises a pair of fins (34) protruding towards the base (32) of the sensor (30) and configured to snap engage respective opposite sides (12a) of the edge of the window (12), on the inner face (11a) of the wall portion (11). |

The present invention relates to a steel making plant (1) comprising:- at least one apparatus (10) provided with a direct water cooling system (11) which generates a cooling water flow (CW) containing dissolved solids; - a cooling water treatment circuit (100) which is fluidically connected to said direct water cooling system (11) and is suitable to treat said cooling water flow (CW) so as to recirculate to said direct cooling system (11) a recirculating water flow (RW) having a concentration of said dissolved solids below a predefined limit. Said circuit (100) in turn comprises at least one mechanical separation unit (110, 130, 1100) suitable to separate the solids contained in the cooling water flow (CW), generating a sludge flow (S);- a cooling unit (120) which is fluidically connected to said direct water cooling system (11) by means of a return conduit (101b) which closes the circuit as a loop.- The cooling water treatment circuit (100) further comprises at least one electrocoagulation system (1000) which is suitable to treat at least a part of said cooling water flow (CW) so as to facilitate the separation of said dissolved solids from the water in the form of flocs and/or clots separable by said at least one mechanical separation unit (110, 130, 1100), thereby lowering the concentration of dissolved solids in the cooling water flow (CW). |

The fabric (1) also comprises a series of parallel and spaced longitudinal chains (6), crocheted from separate ends (7), forming wrap rings (8). Each wrap ring (8) is interconnected with a weft bushing (5), ensuring that all weft bushings (5) are securely interconnected with a wrap ring (8). The primary advantage of this fabric (1) is its configuration, which prevents fraying upon cutting, making it ideally suited for applications requiring a strong and durable fabric. |

The present invention relates to a production process of a thermoplastic elastomer of olefinic nature, comprising the subsequent steps of: a) simultaneously loading from 40% by weight to 85% by weight of LDPE and/or LLDPE and/or HDPE film in the form of ground flakes and from 15% by weight to 60% by weight of atactic PP copolymer into a buffer (10) equipped with augers (12) for a first mixing of LDPE and/or LLDPE and/or HDPE and atactic PP copolymer, the percentages being expressed with respect to the total weight of the thermoplastic elastomer of olefinic nature; b) placing the product of the first mixing of LDPE and/or LLDPE and/or HDPE and atactic PP copolymer of step a) into a hot continuous mixer (16) so as to continuously melt and amalgamate the LDPE and/or LLDPE and/or HDPE with the atactic PP copolymer; c) passing the melted and amalgamated product of step b) through a calender (18), thus obtaining a slab, and subsequently allowing the slab to cool; d) placing the slab of step c) into a mill (24) in order to grind it, thus obtaining thermoplastic elastomer flakes; e) sending the thermoplastic elastomer flakes of step d) to a first mixing silo (28) where the flakes are mixed and cooled, preferably to 60°C or to room temperature, thus obtaining a thermoplastic elastomer of olefinic nature. |
