Abstract
The present invention is a thermally conductive sheet containing two or more kinds of fibrous thermally conductive fillers (B) having different average fiber diameters in a polymer matrix (A), wherein a ratio of the maximum diameter to the minimum diameter of the average fiber diameters is 2:1 to 45:1. This can provide a thermally conductive sheet having excellent thermal conductivity and low specific gravity by filling two or more kinds of fibrous thermally conductive fillers having different average fiber diameters.
