Abstract
Provided is a technique capable of accurately and conveniently predicting the long-term onset risk of cerebrovascular, cardiovascular, and renal events. Furthermore, by use of the technique, provided is a technique for selecting a treatment method for increasing preventative benefits for subject patients. The techniques evaluate the long-term high onset risk of cerebrovascular, cardiovascular, and renal events based on the concentration of soluble CLEC-2 in the subject's blood.
