Abstract
Method (200) for generating training instructions in digital format, comprising steps of: receiving (201), by a data processing unit, a digital content (C-D) of information representative of a workout set by a trainer; processing (202), by said data processing unit, by means of a processing master model based on artificial intelligence, the received digital content (C-D) to generate definitive training instructions in digital format corresponding to the information representative of the workout set by the trainer; providing (203), by said data processing unit, said definitive training instructions (I-W) in digital format to an electronic apparatus (A-E) to guide one or more users in performing the training.
