Abstract

In some embodiments, the techniques described herein relate to a method including: receiving, by a sender electronic device, a request for a transaction and/or one or more transaction details, receiving, by the sender electronic device, an identification of a recipient, receiving, by a recipient electronic device, information details from the recipient, receiving, by the recipient electronic device, an identification such as a picture identification (e.g., driver's license, passport) from the recipient, receiving, by a recipient electronic device, a liveliness check from the recipient, providing, by a computer program executed by a financial backend, sender account details if the recipient identity is determined, providing, by the computer program executed by the financial backend, a proposed action to the recipient, and storing, by the computer program executed by the financial backend, the verified identity of the recipient on a memory accessible to the financial backend.
