Abstract

Disclosed herein relates to a battery pack including: a battery cell assembly including a battery cell; a pack frame including a bottom frame supporting the battery cell assembly and a side frame coupled to the bottom frame, the bottom frame and the side frame defining an accommodation space for accommodating the battery cell assembly, the bottom frame including a first venting passage communicating with an external space; and a first venting device disposed within the first venting passage of the bottom frame, and configured to open and close an inner passage in response to pressure in the accommodation space of the pack frame.
