Abstract

Provided is a method (10) for managing a mobile communication network using a semantic knowledge graph (20; 30). The method (10) includes modeling (12) the mobile communication network and telecommunication domain knowledge as a semantic knowledge graph (20; 30) representing data describing an ontology of the mobile communication network and the telecommunication domain knowledge, the ontology including structured concepts, taxonomies, relationships, and constraints, wherein the semantic knowledge graph (20; 30) is configured to enable logical operations for inference. The method (10) includes obtaining (14) runtime data from the mobile communication network and correlating the runtime data with the semantic knowledge graph to perform reasoning (16), derive optimization decisions, and implement network changes based on the derived decisions.
