Abstract

A gymnastic machine (M) for training the upper part of a user's body comprising a supporting frame (1) for supporting said gymnastic machine (M) on the ground or on a base, a first lever (2) grippable by the user, coupled to said supporting frame (1) in a first fixed pivot (F<1>) and able to rotate about said first fixed pivot (F<1>) according to a first rotation direction (R<1>), about a rotation axis (d), from a start stroke position, adjustable by the user, to an end stroke position and vice versa, a second lever (3), coupled to said supporting frame (1) in a second fixed pivot (F<2>) and able to rotate about said second fixed pivot (F<2>) according to a second rotation direction (R<2>), opposite said first rotation direction (R<1>), about a rotation axis (d), from a start stroke position, adjustable by the user, to an end stroke position and vice versa, a resistance unit (5), able to oppose a resistance during the rotation of said first (2) and second (3) lever, and operable by a user by means of said first (2) and second (3) levers for performing a gymnastic exercise, a transmission system (6) able to connect said first (2) and second (3) lever, respectively, to said resistance unit (4) by means of a first cable (C) and a second cable (C"), wherein the start stroke position of said first (2) and second (3) levers is adjustable by means of an adjustment device (4, 4') activatable by means of a force applied by the user whose vector lies on said rotation axis (d).
