Abstract

Provided is a method for producing a laminated film in which a CO₂ separation film and a support substrate are laminated, the method allowing for the production of a laminated film having a thin and large CO₂ separation film with defects suppressed. Also provided are the laminated film and a CO₂ separation method using the laminated film. This method is for producing a laminated film in which a CO₂ separation film and a porous film, which is a support substrate for the CO₂ separation film, are laminated. The method includes: a coating film forming step of forming on a sacrificial layer a coating film of a raw material composition including a raw material for the CO₂ separation film; a porous film bonding step of bonding the porous film onto the coating film; and a sacrificial layer removing step of removing the sacrificial layer after the porous film bonding step. The raw material composition contains a silicon-containing resin and an organic solvent. The silicon-containing resin is a non-water-soluble resin. The silicon-containing resin has a mass average molecular weight of 2000 or more.
