Abstract

A build tank (100) includes a tank wall (102) including an inner surface (106) and an outer surface (108) opposite the inner surface (106), a movable table (104) including an outer edge (120), and a seal assembly (128) provided between the inner surface (106) of the tank wall (102) and the outer edge (120) of the movable table (104), the seal assembly (128) including a spring plate (158) including a plurality of springs (174) contacting the outer edge (120) of the movable table (104) and a rope seal (162) provided between the spring plate (158) and the inner surface (106) of the tank wall (102) and contacting the inner surface (106) of the tank wall (102).
