Abstract

A driving tool includes: a nose portion having an injection passage of a fastener; a drive mechanism configured to drive the fastener supplied to the injection passage; a trigger portion configured to actuate the drive mechanism; a movable member that is provided movably to take a first position where an operation of the trigger portion is enabled, and a second position where the operation of the trigger portion is disabled; and a contact arm that is configured to move by being pressed against a workpiece. The contact arm includes a first arm engageable with the movable member, a second arm that is configured to abut against the workpiece, and a rotating portion. The second arm is configured to be movable relative to the first arm by rotating the rotating portion. Rotation of the rotating portion is restricted by a magnetic force.
